La Polizia di Stato di Caserta ha arrestato Michele BIDOGNETTI,\u00a055enne di Casal di Principe, in esecuzione di un\u00a0provvedimento restrittivo emesso dalla Procura Generale della\u00a0Repubblica presso la Corte di Appello di Napoli.<br \/>\nL\u2019 uomo deve espiare una pena definitiva di tre anni e tre mesi di\u00a0reclusione per rapina e minacce con l\u2019 aggravante del metodo\u00a0mafioso, reati commessi a Casal di Principe.<br \/>\nIeri sera gli uomini della Squadra Mobile della Questura di\u00a0Caserta hanno tratto in arresto Michele Bidognetti presso\u00a0l\u2019attuale dimora nel comune di Casal di Principe e, dopo gli\u00a0adempimenti di rito, lo hanno condotto presso il carcere di Santa\u00a0Maria Capua Vetere.<br \/>\nL\u2019 uomo, fratello di Francesco Bidognetti, affiliato al clan dei\u00a0casalesi, risulterebbe l\u2019 attuale capo della fazione Bidognetti,\u00a0dopo l\u2019 arresto del fratello.<br \/>\nMichele Bidognetti, proprio in ragione dei suoi precedenti e della\u00a0pericolosit\u00e0 sociale era attualmente sottoposto alla Sorveglianza\u00a0Speciale della P.S. con obbligo di soggiorno nel Comune di Casal\u00a0di Principe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>13 Maggio 2016 &#8211; CRONACA.
