{"id":9224,"date":"2016-04-29T17:23:28","date_gmt":"2016-04-29T17:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=9224"},"modified":"2016-04-29T17:23:28","modified_gmt":"2016-04-29T17:23:28","slug":"la-segnalazione-arpac-municipale-al-deposito-della-senesi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=9224","title":{"rendered":"MONDRAGONE: LA SEGNALAZIONE &#8211; Arpac e Municipale al deposito della Senesi S.p.A."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"adn ads\">\n<div class=\"gs\">\n<div id=\":rz\" class=\"ii gt m154630205f3adca1 adP adO\">\n<div id=\":s2\" class=\"a3s aXjCH\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>29 Aprile 2016 &#8211; MONDRAGONE.<\/strong> Una segnalazione ci \u00e8 pervenuta da alcuni lettori, corredata di materiale fotografico, attraverso la quale si deduce che, quest&#8217;oggi, personale dell&#8217;Arpac, accompagnato dagli agenti della Polizia Municipale, avrebbero eseguito un controllo ad un camion della Senesi SpA, al deposito sito in via Domiziana al km 22.500, nel comune d Mondragone.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pare che i controlli fossero di carattere amministrativo (assicurazioni, carte di circolazione ecc.) ma anche controlli basati sul D.lgs 152\/2006, quelli cio\u00e8 che si riferiscono al deposito ed alla perdita di percolato. Il tutto \u00e8 ancora da confermare ma i controlli ci sarebbero stati. Nulla di strano, del resto, se la societ\u00e0 ha tutte le carte in regola. Con le nuove normative e con i maggiori controlli sulla raccolta ed il deposito dei rifiuti, tali interventi rientrerebbero nella norma.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TIENITI AGGIORNATO SULLE NOTIZIE DELLA CITTA&#8217;.
