E&#8217; quanto deciso dal Ministro della Giustizia Andrea Orlando che ha firmato la sospensione. Sul magistrato \u00e8 stata aperta un&#8217;indagine da parte della Procura di Roma.\u00a0Finora sostituto procuratore generale a Bari, Ceglie in passato ha indagato sulla Terra dei fuochi.<br \/>\nGi\u00e0 a gennaio scorso il Csm aveva deciso di aprire nei suoi confronti la procedura per il trasferimento d&#8217;ufficio. Ceglie, per anni pm alla Procura di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, \u00e8 indagato per vari reati, tra cui abuso d&#8217;ufficio, una presunta violazione fiscale, ma anche per corruzione aggravata \u00ad reato quest&#8217;ultimo caduto per\u00f2 in prescrizione.
