Il Papa, nella circostanza, ha malmenato e minacciava con un giravite la donna al fine di costringerla a corrispondere una somma di denaro pari a circa euro 50, da utilizzare successivamente per l\u2019acquisto di sostanza stupefacente. L\u2019intervento dei carabinieri presso l\u2019abitazione ha consentito di ricostruire l\u2019intera vicenda accertando anche come tali condotte era gi\u00e0 state poste in essere anche in passato.
