I Carabinieri della stazione di Vairano Scalo (CE), in quel centro, hanno arrestato il cittadino pakistano <strong>Tanveer Arshad<\/strong>, cl. <strong>1988<\/strong>, residente a Vairano Patenora (CE), in esecuzione dell\u2019ordinanza di custodia cautelare degli arresti domiciliari emessa dal Tribunale di Sorveglianza di Trieste.<br \/>\nIl provvedimento scaturisce a seguito della sentenza di condanna emessa in data 27 settembre 2012 dal Tribunale di Tolmezzo (UD), dovendo <strong>lo stesso espiare pena di anni uno e mesi uno<\/strong> di reclusione poich\u00e9 riconosciuto colpevole di \u201cfalsa attestazione o dichiarazione a un pubblico ufficiale sull\u2019identit\u00e0 o sulle qualit\u00e0 personali proprie o di altri\u201d commesso\u00a0 nei mesi di ottobre e dicembre 2009.<br \/>\nL\u2019arrestato, pertanto, \u00e8 stato accompagnato presso il proprio domicilia a disposizione della competente Autorit\u00e0 Giudiziaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4 Febbraio 2016 &#8211; VARIANO PATENORA.
