Accolte le difese degli Avv. Angelo Raucci e del Prof Vincenzo Maiello.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>In modo perentorio. Si legge nella motivazione, che non solo non risulta in alcun modo che le dimissioni di Iodice siano state frutto di una minaccia da danno ingiusto e irreparabile da parte di Antonio Postiglione (provo peraltro &#8211; come afferma il riesame &#8211; di potere funzionale in merito) ma soprattutto non risulta privato il ruolo di mandante ascritto allo Zannini. Confermato, dunque, il pronunciamento liberatorio gi\u00e0 reso sul punto dal GIP Vecchiarelli del Trobunale di Smcv.
