Per questo motivo un 46enne \u00e8 stato denunciato in stato di libert\u00e0 dai Carabinieri del Reparto Territoriale di Mondragone al termine di un\u2019attivit\u00e0 investigativa avviata nelle scorse settimane.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Le indagini, coordinate dalla Tenenza di Castel Volturno, sono scaturite dalla denuncia presentata il 20 aprile da una donna residente nel territorio, che aveva segnalato pressioni indebite subite per questioni legate all\u2019affitto dell\u2019abitazione in cui vive. Gli accertamenti dei militari hanno consentito di ricostruire quanto avvenuto tra il 30 aprile e il 1\u00b0 maggio, quando il 46enne, incaricato dalla proprietaria dell\u2019immobile, avrebbe intimato alla donna il pagamento immediato delle somme arretrate.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Le richieste sarebbero state accompagnate da minacce esplicite e dall\u2019avvertimento di possibili azioni violente, nonch\u00e9 dalla pretesa di lasciare l\u2019abitazione senza il rispetto delle procedure previste dalla normativa sugli sfratti. <u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Alla luce degli elementi raccolti, l\u2019uomo \u00e8 stato deferito all\u2019Autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria per tentata estorsione.
