Nel pomeriggio di ieri, 2 aprile 2026, i militari del Reparto Territoriale di Mondragone hanno dato esecuzione a un provvedimento restrittivo emesso dall\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Giudiziaria, intervenendo a Castel Volturno.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019operazione si \u00e8 svolta in via Adige, dove i Carabinieri hanno rintracciato un 59enne, domiciliato in zona, gi\u00e0 noto alle forze dell\u2019ordine. Nei suoi confronti pendeva un provvedimento di revoca della sospensione dell\u2019ordine di esecuzione per la carcerazione, con contestuale ripristino della misura detentiva, emesso dall\u2019Ufficio Esecuzioni Penali della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Bergamo.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Il destinatario del provvedimento era stato riconosciuto colpevole del reato di truffa commessa nella provincia di Bergamo nel 2018, e condannato a una pena complessiva di due anni e sei mesi di reclusione.
