Non si \u00e8 fermato all\u2019alt dei carabinieri e ha tentato la fuga prima in auto e poi a piedi. Per questo un 36enne di origine ghanese, domiciliato a Castel Volturno e regolarmente presente sul territorio nazionale, \u00e8 stato denunciato in stato di libert\u00e0.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

L\u2019episodio \u00e8 avvenuto lungo la via Domitiana, all\u2019altezza del chilometro 41+000, dove i carabinieri della Sezione Radiomobile del Reparto Territoriale di Mondragone erano impegnati in un servizio di controllo del territorio finalizzato alla prevenzione e al contrasto dei reati.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Durante un servizio perlustrativo i militari hanno notato transitare una Kia Ceed<\/strong> condotta dal 36enne. Alla richiesta di fermarsi per un controllo, l\u2019uomo inizialmente ha accostato il veicolo sul margine destro della carreggiata. Tuttavia, mentre i carabinieri si stavano avvicinando, ha improvvisamente effettuato una repentina inversione di marcia, tentando di sottrarsi al controllo.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ne \u00e8 nato un breve inseguimento lungo l\u2019arteria stradale per circa 500 metri. Il conducente ha poi arrestato la marcia del veicolo e ha tentato di allontanarsi a piedi, ma \u00e8 stato rapidamente raggiunto e bloccato dai militari dell\u2019Arma.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Dagli accertamenti \u00e8 emerso che l\u2019uomo guidava senza patente, violazione gi\u00e0 contestata nel biennio precedente. Per questo \u00e8 stato deferito all\u2019autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria per fuga all\u2019alt della polizia e guida senza patente reiterata nel biennio<\/strong>.<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

L\u2019autovettura \u00e8 stata sottoposta a sequestro<\/strong>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n
