Dopo avergli notificato l\u2019atto giudiziario e completato le formalit\u00e0 di rito, i militari hanno dato esecuzione alla misura restrittiva, che prevede l\u2019espiazione della pena presso il domicilio.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Il provvedimento, dispone l\u2019espiazione di una pena complessiva di tre anni, nove mesi e sette giorni di reclusione.
