A ricostruire i fatti furono proprio i militari della Stazione Carabinieri di Piedimonte Matese, che avviarono le indagini portando all\u2019apertura del procedimento penale.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>La sentenza, divenuta definitiva, ha stabilito per l\u2019uomo una pena complessiva di 3 anni e 9 mesi di reclusione.
