DENUNCIATO UN 17ENNE<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Castel Volturno, un giovane 17enne del posto \u00e8 stato denunciato dai Carabinieri della locale Tenenza per ricettazione e resistenza a pubblico ufficiale.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019episodio \u00e8 avvenuto in via dei Diavoli di quel comune durante un servizio di controllo finalizzato al contrasto dei reati in genere. Secondo quanto ricostruito, i militari dell\u2019Arma hanno intimato l\u2019alt a un motociclo Piaggio Tweet privo di targa, il cui conducente non indossava il casco protettivo. Il giovane, invece di fermarsi, ha accelerato mettendo in atto manovre pericolose per s\u00e9 e per gli altri utenti della strada.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dopo alcune centinaia di metri di inseguimento, il 17enne ha abbandonato il veicolo nel tentativo di dileguarsi a piedi. \u00c8 stato per\u00f2 raggiunto poco dopo dai Carabinieri. Gli accertamenti hanno permesso di verificare che il motociclo risultava rubato: il furto era stato denunciato il 1\u00b0 dicembre 2025 presso il Commissariato di P.S. San Carlo Arena di Napoli.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre alla denuncia, al giovane sono state elevate sanzioni amministrative per guida senza patente, mai conseguita.
