{"id":46333,"date":"2026-03-04T11:02:35","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T10:02:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46333"},"modified":"2026-03-04T11:02:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T10:02:35","slug":"i-carabinieri-di-mondragone-arrestano-un-uomo-per-ricettazione-e-gestione-illecita-di-rifiuti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46333","title":{"rendered":"I carabinieri di Mondragone arrestano un uomo per ricettazione e gestione illecita di rifiuti"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Nella tarda mattinata di ieri, 3 marzo 2026, i militari del Reparto Territoriale Carabinieri di Mondragone hanno dato esecuzione a un provvedimento di cumulo pene emesso dall\u2019Ufficio Esecuzioni Penali del Tribunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, rintracciando e arrestando un 47enne residente a Castel Volturno.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019uomo \u00e8 stato localizzato presso la propria abitazione, dove i Carabinieri hanno proceduto alla notifica del provvedimento e al conseguente arresto.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Il destinatario della misura \u00e8 stato riconosciuto colpevole, con sentenze divenute definitive, dei reati di ricettazione e attivit\u00e0 di gestione di rifiuti non autorizzata, commessi nel territorio di Castel Volturno in diverse circostanze tra il 2018 e il 2021.
