{"id":46292,"date":"2026-03-02T17:11:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T16:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46292"},"modified":"2026-03-02T17:11:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T16:11:00","slug":"terra-dei-fuochi-fioccano-denunce-e-sequestri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46292","title":{"rendered":"Terra dei Fuochi: fioccano denunce e sequestri"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONTROLLO STRAORDINARIO NELLA \u201cTERRA DEI FUOCHI\u201d: I CARABINIERI DENUNCIANO QUATTRO PERSONE E SEQUESTRANO AREA DI 1.000 MQ<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nella mattinata odierna, a Frignano, i militari della locale Stazione Carabinieri, nell\u2019ambito di un servizio straordinario di controllo del territorio finalizzato al contrasto dei reati ambientali nella cosiddetta \u201cTerra dei Fuochi\u201d, hanno deferito in stato di libert\u00e0 quattro persone.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nel corso delle verifiche effettuate presso un appezzamento di terreno situato in via D\u2019Amore, di propriet\u00e0 di un imprenditore 70enne del posto, i militari dell\u2019Arma hanno rinvenuto rifiuti speciali non pericolosi, costituiti principalmente da materiale edile e calcinacci, depositati in assenza delle prescritte autorizzazioni.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre al proprietario del fondo, sono stati denunciati anche tre imprenditori, in qualit\u00e0 di amministratori e soci della societ\u00e0 incaricata dello smaltimento dei rifiuti in questione, ritenuti responsabili a vario titolo della gestione illecita dei materiali.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019area interessata, estesa per circa 1.000 metri quadrati, \u00e8 stata sottoposta a sequestro.
