{"id":46279,"date":"2026-02-28T11:51:39","date_gmt":"2026-02-28T10:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46279"},"modified":"2026-02-28T11:51:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T10:51:39","slug":"falciano-ventiduenne-evade-dai-domiciliari-intercettata-in-un-club-prive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46279","title":{"rendered":"FALCIANO &#8211; Ventiduenne evade dai domiciliari: intercettata in un club priv\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>FALCIANO DEL MASSICO (CE). 22ENNNE EVADE DAI DOMICILIARI: RINTRACCIATA E ARRESTATA DAI CARABINIERI IN UN CLUB PRIV\u00c9.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La notte scorsa, a Falciano del Massico, all\u2019interno del club priv\u00e9, i militari del Reparto Territoriale Carabinieri di Mondragone hanno rintracciato e tratto in arresto una 22enne destinataria di un provvedimento di carcerazione.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019arresto \u00e8 stato eseguito in attuazione dell\u2019ordinanza di revoca dell\u2019ammissione provvisoria alla detenzione domiciliare, con conseguente ripristino della misura carceraria, emessa il 25 febbraio 2026 dall\u2019Ufficio di Sorveglianza di Napoli.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La giovane del napoletano, gi\u00e0 sottoposta alla detenzione domiciliare per maltrattamenti in famiglia e risultata irreperibile dal 26 febbraio scorso, era stata segnalata per ripetute violazioni delle prescrizioni imposte dalla misura restrittiva.
