{"id":46264,"date":"2026-02-27T15:30:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-27T14:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46264"},"modified":"2026-02-28T07:54:44","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T06:54:44","slug":"non-si-ferma-allalt-i-carabinieri-di-mondragone-denunciano-un-uomo-e-gli-sequestrano-lauto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46264","title":{"rendered":"Non si ferma all&#8217;alt: i carabinieri di Mondragone denunciano un uomo e gli sequestrano l&#8217;auto"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>NON SI FERMA ALL\u2019ALT E TENTA LA FUGA: 45ENNE DENUNCIATO DAI CARABINIERI, AUTO SEQUESTRATA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri, 26 febbraio 2026, lungo la via Domiziana all\u2019altezza del km 30+800, i militari del Reparto Territoriale Carabinieri di Mondragone hanno denunciato in stato di libert\u00e0 un 45enne di origini nigeriane, irregolare sul territorio nazionale, ritenuto responsabile di resistenza a pubblico ufficiale, ingresso e soggiorno illegale nel territorio dello stato e guida senza patente perch\u00e9 mai conseguita.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante un servizio perlustrativo, i carabinieri della Sezione Radiomobile hanno intimato l\u2019alt a un\u2019autovettura Alfa Romeo 147. Il conducente, tuttavia, non ha arrestato la marcia, proseguendo a velocit\u00e0 sostenuta nella stessa direzione fino a quando, dopo un breve inseguimento, il veicolo \u00e8 stato bloccato in condizioni di sicurezza dai militari dell\u2019Arma.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alla guida \u00e8 stato identificato l\u2019uomo che, nel tentativo di sottrarsi al controllo, ha provato a fuggire a piedi. Raggiunto e fermato dai carabinieri, ha opposto resistenza, cercando di colpirli con calci e pugni. La situazione \u00e8 stata rapidamente ricondotta alla calma grazie alla ferma reazione dei militari.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dagli accertamenti \u00e8 emerso che il 45enne era privo di patente di guida perch\u00e9 mai conseguita. Il veicolo, inoltre, risultava sprovvisto di copertura assicurativa per la responsabilit\u00e0 civile e non in regola con la revisione periodica.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre alla denuncia penale per le condotte accertate, sono state elevate sanzioni amministrative per le violazioni al Codice della Strada. L\u2019autovettura \u00e8 stata sottoposta a sequestro e affidata a una ditta convenzionata.
