{"id":46182,"date":"2026-02-20T09:48:44","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T08:48:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46182"},"modified":"2026-02-28T07:52:07","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T06:52:07","slug":"rapina-a-mano-armata-al-distributore-di-benzina-arrestato-27enne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46182","title":{"rendered":"Rapina a mano armata al distributore di benzina: arrestato 27enne"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>I carabinieri della Stazione di Sant\u2019Arpino hanno tratto in arresto, in quasi flagranza di reato per rapina aggravata, un 27enne di Sant\u2019Antimo, gi\u00e0 noto alle forze dell\u2019ordine.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Secondo quanto ricostruito dai militari, il giovane, intorno alle ore 6:30 della mattina del 18 febbraio, avrebbe messo a segno una rapina a mano armata presso l\u2019area di servizio \u201cGestione Oil S.p.A.\u201d (distributore IP), situata in via Martiri Atellani, nel territorio di Sant\u2019Arpino.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"700\" class=\"wp-image-38336 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/NUOVO-BANNER-NAVE.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Determinanti per l\u2019identificazione del presunto responsabile sono state le immagini del sistema di videosorveglianza dell\u2019impianto e le prime informazioni raccolte nell\u2019immediatezza dei fatti. Dalle verifiche \u00e8 emerso che l\u2019uomo, armato di pistola e giunto sul posto a bordo di una Fiat Punto di colore nero, avrebbe minacciato l\u2019addetto facendosi consegnare l\u2019incasso della mattinata, pari a 200 euro.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>A seguito di perquisizione personale e domiciliare, i carabinieri hanno rinvenuto e sequestrato l\u2019autovettura utilizzata per la fuga nonch\u00e9 gli indumenti indossati durante la commissione del reato.
