Interventi che avrebbero dovuto garantire il regolare passaggio dei carri di Carnevale.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>L\u2019uso del condizionale resta per\u00f2 d\u2019obbligo: la sicurezza, soprattutto quella dei bambini, deve essere sempre assicurata.
