{"id":46148,"date":"2026-02-14T10:01:15","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T09:01:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46148"},"modified":"2026-02-14T10:01:15","modified_gmt":"2026-02-14T09:01:15","slug":"terra-dei-fuochi-zozzone-beccato-a-gettare-rifiuti-dietro-un-guardrail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46148","title":{"rendered":"Terra dei Fuochi, zozzone beccato a gettare rifiuti dietro un guardrail"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>CARABINIERI E MILITARI DELL\u2019ESERCITO SORPRENDONO PERSONA INTENTA A SMALTIRE RIFIUTI DIETRO IL GUARD RAIL DI UNA PIAZZOLA DI SOSTA<\/p>\r\n<p>Carabinieri del Nucleo Forestale di Marcianise, del Nucleo Radiomobile di Aversa, della Squadra Intervento Operativo del Reggimento di Napoli e dell\u2019Esercito Italiano del contingente \u201cStrade Sicure\/Terra dei Fuochi\u201d, hanno proceduto nei confronti di un soggetto sorpreso in flagranza di reato ad abbandonare sul suolo rifiuti costituiti da imballaggi in plastica ed RSU (frazione organica), in comune di Lusciano (CE), e precisamente dietro il guard rail di una delle piazzole di sosta della S.P. n. 335 (ex SS. 265 dei Ponti della Valle).<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"700\" class=\"wp-image-38336 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/NUOVO-BANNER-NAVE.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>I rifiuti venivano prelevati dall\u2019interno di un\u2019autovettura in disponibilit\u00e0 del contravventore. La persona \u00e8 stata deferita in stato di libert\u00e0 per il reato di abbandono di rifiuti non pericolosi sul suolo.
