CONTROLLI IN UN AUTONOLEGGIO: DENUNCIATO IL TITOLARE, SEQUESTRATE AUTO E CONTRATTI<\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

Nel pomeriggio del 12 febbraio, a Casal di Principe (CE), i Carabinieri della locale Stazione hanno effettuato un controllo amministrativo presso una societ\u00e0 di autonoleggio del territorio.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

Al termine degli accertamenti, il legale rappresentante dell\u2019attivit\u00e0, un 31enne del posto, \u00e8 stato denunciato in stato di libert\u00e0 per violazione dell\u2019art. 17 del D.L. n. 113\/2018, convertito nella L. n. 132\/2018. <\/u><\/u>Secondo quanto emerso, l\u2019uomo avrebbe omesso la registrazione dei documenti identificativi dei clienti che avevano noleggiato le autovetture e la conseguente comunicazione dei dati attraverso il portale del Ministero dell\u2019Interno \u201cC.A.R.G.O.S.\u201d, obbligatoria per legge ai fini della tracciabilit\u00e0 dei contratti di noleggio.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

A seguito delle irregolarit\u00e0 riscontrate, i militari hanno sottoposto a sequestro l\u2019area di stoccaggio, sei autovetture e 27 contratti di noleggio. <\/u><\/u>Le verifiche rientrano nell\u2019ambito dei controlli finalizzati al rispetto della normativa in materia di sicurezza e tracciabilit\u00e0 nel settore dell\u2019autonoleggio.<\/p>\r\n
