{"id":46042,"date":"2026-02-04T11:46:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T10:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46042"},"modified":"2026-02-04T11:46:32","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T10:46:32","slug":"violenza-e-persecuzione-domestica-provvidenziale-intervento-dei-carabinieri-nella-notte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=46042","title":{"rendered":"Violenza e persecuzione domestica: provvidenziale intervento dei carabinieri nella notte"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Un tempestivo intervento dei Carabinieri della locale Sezione Radiomobile ha permesso, la notte scorsa, di interrompere una grave situazione di violenza e persecuzione ai danni di una donna a Santa Maria Capua Vetere.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Su richiesta della Centrale Operativa, le pattuglie sono intervenute in quel centro cittadino, dove hanno trovato una 59enne in evidente stato di shock, vittima di un\u2019aggressione appena avvenuta. I militari dell\u2019Arma hanno immediatamente tranquillizzato la donna e richiesto il necessario soccorso sanitario, ricostruendo in tempi rapidi il contesto in cui si \u00e8 consumata l\u2019aggressione.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"700\" class=\"wp-image-38336 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/NUOVO-BANNER-NAVE.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Dagli accertamenti svolti sul posto e dalle dichiarazioni raccolte \u00e8 emerso un quadro preoccupante di comportamenti persecutori, aggressioni fisiche e verbali, oltre a pedinamenti e minacce che si sarebbero protratti dall\u2019estate del 2024. L\u2019azione immediata dell\u2019Arma ha consentito di procedere al rintraccio e all\u2019arresto in flagranza differita dell\u2019aggressore, un 58enne gi\u00e0 noto alla vittima per una precedente relazione.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019intervento si \u00e8 svolto con la massima attenzione alla tutela della persona offesa, che \u00e8 stata soccorsa dal personale sanitario del 118 intervenuto sul posto.
