Nel pomeriggio di ieri, 26 gennaio 2026, i militari della Stazione di Marcianise, nel corso di un servizio volto alla tutela dell\u2019ambiente, hanno deferito in stato di libert\u00e0 due coniugi residenti nell\u2019agro aversano, ritenuti responsabili di gestione non autorizzata di rifiuti.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"700\" class=\"wp-image-38336 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/NUOVO-BANNER-NAVE.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I due, gi\u00e0 noti alle forze dell\u2019ordine per precedenti specifici, sono stati controllati mentre viaggiavano a bordo di un autocarro nel territorio comunale di Marcianise. Dagli accertamenti eseguiti sul posto \u00e8 emerso che il veicolo utilizzato non risultava iscritto all\u2019Albo Nazionale dei Gestori Ambientali e che il trasporto dei rifiuti avveniva in assenza del prescritto formulario di identificazione.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-43098\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LINKK-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LINKK-2.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LINKK-2-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il mezzo trasportava circa 500 chilogrammi di rifiuti speciali non pericolosi, costituiti prevalentemente da materiale ferroso e apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, movimentati in violazione della normativa vigente.
