VOLTURNO &#8211; Detenzione e spaccio: arrestato 50enne"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Nei giorni scorsi i poliziotti del Commissariato di PS Castel Volturno hanno tratto in arresto un soggetto per detenzione ai fini spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Nell&#8217;occasione l&#8217;uomo, di circa 50 anni, originario del napoletano, nonostante fosse in detenzione domiciliare per reati specifici, incurante delle prescrizioni imposte dalla misura alternativa alla quale era sottoposto, continuava la propria attivit\u00e0 illecita presso la propria abitazione, in localit\u00e0 Ischitella.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Gli agenti di Polizia Giudiziaria, a seguito della perquisizione domiciliare, hanno colto l&#8217;uomo nella flagranza del reato ex art. 73 DPR n. 309 del 1990, scorgendo un ingente quantitativo di sostanza stupefacente del tipo cocaina, occultata all&#8217;interno di un&#8217;intercapedine nella porta del corridoio dell&#8217;abitazione in uso al pregiudicato.<\/p>\r\n<p>A seguito dell&#8217;arresto il soggetto veniva condotto presso la Casa Circondariale di S. Maria C.
