V., pregiudicato di 25 anni, residente a Mondragone, resosi responsabile di rapina a mano armata, consumata lo scorso 11.11.2024 presso un noto minimarket sulla Via Domitiana, ubicato all&#8217;altezza della rotonda di Viale Margherita.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-45202\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ZANZIBAR.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1206\" height=\"614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ZANZIBAR.jpeg 1206w, https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ZANZIBAR-300x153.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ZANZIBAR-1024x521.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ZANZIBAR-768x391.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1206px) 100vw, 1206px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>L&#8217;uomo dopo aver minacciato puntando una pistola all&#8217;addetto alle casse, s&#8217;impossessava di un&#8217;ingente somma di denaro, dandosi a precipitosa fuga. <br \/><br \/>L&#8217;ordinanza di applicazione di misura cautelare in carcere, disposta dal GIP del Tribunale di S. Maria C. V. su richiesta del PM della competente Procura della Repubblica, \u00e8 scaturita a seguito di una lunga e minuziosa attivit\u00e0 di indagine svolta dalla Polizia Giudiziaria del Commissariato di P. S.
