Maxi sequestro all&#8217;azienda bufalina del cugino di Michele Zagaria"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Riscontrati numerosi abusi edilizi e l&#8217;allaccio illegale alla rete della pubblica illuminazione: Raffaele Zagaria \u00e8 stato denunciato <br \/>Maxi sequestro all&#8217;azienda bufalina del cugino di Michele Zagaria \u2018Capastorta\u2019.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00c8 il risultato dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 congiunta della Polizia di Stato del Commissariato di Castel Volturno e la locale Polizia Municipale presso la maestosa azienda bufalina di Raffaele Zagaria, cugino dell&#8217;ex capocaln dei Casalesi.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Presso l&#8217;azienda di oltre 10mila metri quadrati, le forze dell&#8217;ordine hanno riscontrato numerosi abusi. L&#8217;intera struttura con &#8216;lagoni&#8217;, stalla, area macellazione, e altro ancora \u00e8 stata realizzata senza alcuna autorizzazione. Abusivi anche i tre immobili, due villette su due piani e una pian terreno, dove vive la famiglia Zagaria.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00c8 stato poi riscontrato il furto di energia elettrica mediante allaccio alla pubblica illuminazione. Difatti grazie a tale meccanismo veniva alimentata l&#8217;intera azienda.
