data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">I CARABINIERI ARRESTANO UN 57ENNE PER GESTIONE ILLECITA DI RIFIUTI PERICOLOSI.<\/span><\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Nella giornata di ieri, i Carabinieri del Nucleo Operativo Ecologico (NOE) di Caserta, in collaborazione con il personale della Compagnia Carabinieri di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, hanno tratto in arresto un 57enne residente a Grazzanise, ritenuto responsabile di <strong>deposito e gestione illecita di rifiuti pericolosi<\/strong> in assenza delle prescritte autorizzazioni.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Durante un controllo in materia ambientale, i militari hanno ispezionato un\u2019area coperta adibita a officina meccanica, dove \u00e8 stata rinvenuta un\u2019autovettura in fase di riparazione e, all\u2019interno di un locale appositamente allestito, <strong>una grande quantit\u00e0 di rifiuti pericolosi<\/strong><b data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">.<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Si trattava di componenti di motori non riutilizzabili, intrisi di olio meccanico, filtri dell\u2019olio motore e del gasolio contaminati da lubrificanti e carburante, molti dei quali accantonati direttamente sul pavimento.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Nel corso delle verifiche sono stati inoltre trovati <strong>due fusti contenenti circa 300 litri di olio esausto<\/strong><b data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">,<\/b>anch\u2019essi stoccati irregolarmente sul pavimento dell\u2019officina.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">L\u2019intera area, estesa per circa <strong>220 metri quadrati<\/strong>, e i rifiuti presenti, per un volume complessivo di circa <strong>20 metri cubi<\/strong> e un valore stimato in <strong>50.000 euro<\/strong><b data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">,<\/b>sono stati sottoposti a <strong>sequestro<\/strong><b data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">L\u2019uomo, al termine delle operazioni, \u00e8 stato posto <strong>agli arresti domiciliari<\/strong> in attesa dell\u2019udienza di convalida.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\"
