I CARABINIERI ARRESTANO UN 50ENNE PER FRODE E FALSO, DEVE SCONTARE OLTRE QUATTRO ANNI DI CARCERE.<\/span><\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/h3>\r\n

Nella mattinata odierna a Castel Volturno, i militari della locale Tenenza Carabinieri, con il supporto dei militari del Reparto Territoriale di Mondragone, hanno dato esecuzione a un provvedimento di pene concorrenti emesso dall\u2019Ufficio Esecuzioni Penali della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Parma.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

L\u2019ordine di carcerazione ha portato all\u2019arresto di un<\/strong>50enne residente a Castel Volturno. L\u2019uomo, gi\u00e0 noto alle forze dell\u2019ordine, \u00e8 stato riconosciuto colpevole di una serie di reati contro il patrimonio e la fede pubblica.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

In particolare, \u00e8 stato condannato per ricettazione<\/strong>, falsit\u00e0 in scrittura privata<\/strong>, <\/b>uso di atto falso<\/strong>, <\/b>falsit\u00e0 in testamento o titoli di credito<\/strong>, <\/b>sostituzione di persona<\/strong> <\/b>e <\/b>frode informatica<\/strong>.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Per tali reati, commessi nel comune di Napoli nel 2007 e nel 2013, a Salemi (TP) nel 2020, a Volla (NA) e a Fidenza (PR) nel 2022, dovr\u00e0 espiare una pena residua di 4 anni e 1 mese di reclusione<\/strong>. Dopo le formalit\u00e0 di rito, \u00e8 stato accompagnato presso la casa circondariale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere<\/strong>,<\/b> a disposizione dell\u2019autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria mandante.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

L\u2019operazione si inserisce nell\u2019ambito delle attivit\u00e0 di controllo e contrasto ai reati contro il patrimonio condotte dai Carabinieri sul territorio di Castel Volturno e del litorale domitio.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
