{"id":45097,"date":"2025-10-20T16:59:24","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:59:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=45097"},"modified":"2025-10-20T16:59:24","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:59:24","slug":"in-giro-con-arnesi-da-scasso-era-evaso-dai-domiciliari-arrestato-48enne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=45097","title":{"rendered":"In giro con arnesi da scasso, era evaso dai domiciliari: arrestato 48enne"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019uomo, sottoposto ai domiciliari, \u00e8 stato sorpreso dai Carabinieri in via Unit\u00e0 Italiana a Caserta con cacciaviti e tronchesi.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Nella mattinata odierna, luned\u00ec 20 ottobre 2025, i militari della Sezione Radiomobile del Nucleo Operativo e Radiomobile della Compagnia di Caserta hanno tratto in arresto un 48enne residente a San Nicola la Strada, gi\u00e0 sottoposto alla misura cautelare degli arresti domiciliari.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Durante un servizio di controllo del territorio lungo le principali arterie cittadine, i Carabinieri hanno notato l\u2019uomo aggirarsi con fare sospetto in pubblica via, nonostante fosse sottoposto ai domiciliari per la commissione di reati contro il patrimonio.
