{"id":45094,"date":"2025-10-20T16:52:28","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:52:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=45094"},"modified":"2025-10-20T16:53:54","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:53:54","slug":"evade-dai-domiciliari-e-scappa-a-piedi-per-le-vie-del-centro-inseguito-ed-acciuffato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=45094","title":{"rendered":"Evade dai domiciliari e scappa a piedi per le vie del centro: inseguito ed acciuffato"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00c8 accaduto nella serata di ieri, domenica 19 ottobre 2025 a Teverola, nel casertano, dove i militari della Sezione Radiomobile del Nucleo Operativo della Compagnia Carabinieri di Aversa hanno arrestato in flagranza di reato un uomo di 55 anni, gi\u00e0 sottoposto alla misura della detenzione domiciliare per stalking e maltrattamenti.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Durante un controllo eseguito presso l\u2019abitazione dove l\u2019uomo \u00e8 ristretto, i Carabinieri hanno constatato la sua assenza, accertando quindi la violazione delle prescrizioni imposte dall\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Giudiziaria.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Poco dopo, per\u00f2 il 55enne \u00e8 stato notato mentre rientrava verso casa: alla vista della pattuglia, ha tentato di darsi alla fuga a piedi per le vie cittadine.
