I CARABINIERI ARRESTANO UN 20ENNE PER DROGA E RESISTENZA A PUBBLICO UFFICIALE.<\/span><\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/p>\r\n

Nel corso della mattinata odierna, a Mondragone, i carabinieri della sezione radiomobile del locale Reparto Territoriale hanno fermato un giovane sospetto in via degli oleandri. Il ragazzo, a bordo di uno scooter con la targa alterata mediante nastro adesivo nero, alla vista dei militari ha tentato di allontanarsi, ma \u00e8 stato prontamente bloccato.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Durante il controllo, il 20enne, gi\u00e0 noto alle forze dell\u2019ordine, ha opposto resistenza, spintonando e strattonando i carabinieri nel tentativo di fuggire. Una volta immobilizzato, \u00e8 stato trovato in possesso di una modica quantit\u00e0 di marijuana.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

La successiva perquisizione domiciliare ha permesso di rinvenire otto piante di marijuana in essiccazione, nonch\u00e9 complessivamente gr.<\/b> 190<\/b> di cocaina<\/strong>, confezionata in panetti e dosi pronte per lo spaccio, gr<\/b>. 250<\/b> di marijuana<\/strong>, suddivisa in confezioni e gr. 10<\/b> di hashish<\/strong>. <\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

I complessivi 440 grammi di sostanze stupefacenti<\/strong> sono stati sottoposti a sequestro.\u00a0 <\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Nella stessa abitazione sono stati inoltre trovati una pistola replica<\/strong> modello 92 fs<\/em> calibro 8 mm, marca bruni, priva del tappo rosso,<\/strong> materiale per il confezionamento e la pesatura delle dosi, nonch\u00e9 120 euro in contanti<\/strong> in banconote di piccolo taglio.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Il giovane \u00e8 stato arrestato<\/strong> e tradotto presso il carcere di Santa Maria Capua Vetere<\/strong> in attesa dell\u2019udienza di convalida. Dovr\u00e0 inoltre, inoltre, rispondere dell\u2019alterazione della targa dello scooter, mentre la moglie, 27enne<\/strong>, \u00e8 stata denunciata per detenzione ai fini di spaccio e favoreggiamento<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
