{"id":45024,"date":"2025-10-17T09:09:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-17T07:09:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=45024"},"modified":"2025-10-17T09:09:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T07:09:31","slug":"condannata-per-furto-e-truffa-informatica-arrestata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=45024","title":{"rendered":"Condannata per furto e truffa informatica: arrestata"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/><a name=\"m_8134298821305789613__Hlk211532487\"><\/a><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Nel pomeriggio di ieri, gioved\u00ec 16 ottobre, i militari della Stazione Carabinieri di Santa Maria a Vico hanno tratto in arresto, in quel centro, una 53enne del luogo.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\"> La donna, gi\u00e0 nota alle forze dell\u2019ordine, era in stato di libert\u00e0 fino a ieri, quando nei suoi confronti \u00e8 stato eseguito un ordine di carcerazione emesso dall\u2019Ufficio Esecuzioni Penali della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">L\u2019arresto \u00e8 avvenuto in esecuzione del provvedimento con cui l\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Giudiziaria ha disposto che la stessa sconti la pena di un anno e sei mesi di reclusione, a seguito di condanna definitiva per una serie di reati commessi tra il 2018 e il 2023.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">Secondo quanto ricostruito dagli inquirenti, la 53enne \u00e8 stata riconosciuta colpevole di furto in abitazione e di indebito utilizzo e falsificazione di strumenti di pagamento diversi dal contante, fatti avvenuti nel 2018 proprio a Santa Maria a Vico.
