Pagliaro assolto in Corte d\u2019Appello"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<figure><\/figure>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"s2\">Si \u00e8 tenuta ieri, 22\/09\/2025 l&#8217;udienza in Corte d&#8217;appello di Napoli (Sesta Sezione Penale) relativa al processo che ha coinvolto S. R., classe 72\u2019, originario di Napoli e residente in Mondragone imputato per detenzione di stupefacenti ai fini di spaccio per la quale era stato condannato in primo grado a 8 mesi di carcere dal Tribunale di Santa Maria nel 2022.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"s2\">La Corte, in accoglimento della tesi difensiva dell\u2019avvocato Marco Pagliaro (difensore del S. R.) ha riformato la sentenza ed ha assolto il Santoro Raffaele applicando la causa di esclusione della punibilit\u00e0\u2019 ai sensi dell\u2019art. 131 bis c.p. (non punibilit\u00e0 per particolare tenuit\u00e0 del fatto).<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"s2\">S. R. era stato fermato dai CC di Mondragone nel 2021 a seguito di un inseguimento in auto dovuto alla circostanza che gli operanti avevano visto l\u2019imputato gettare dal finestrino dell\u2019abitacolo un barattolo contenente 6 involucri di sostanza stupefacente del tipo cocaina\/crack. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"s2\">La Corte d&#8217;appello, in accoglimento della tesi difensiva dell&#8217;avv. Marco Pagliaro, ha riformato la sentenza di primo grado assolvendo S.
