ATTIVIT\u00c0 SANZIONATA E SEQUESTRATA DAI CARABINIERI.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">I controlli serrati eseguiti dai Carabinieri negli ultimi giorni hanno portato al sequestro, su Viale Carlo III di Borbone, nel tratto ricadente nel comune di San Nicola La Strada, di un Autolavaggio risultato non in regola con le vigenti disposizioni normative in materia.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-originalfontsize=\"13pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"17.333334\">L\u2019accesso ispettivo, effettuato poco dopo l\u2019orario di apertura dai carabinieri della Stazione di San Nicola La Strada e quelli del Nucleo Ispettorato del Lavoro di Caserta, ha consentito di accertare importanti violazioni come lo sversamento di acque reflue industriali senza autorizzazione e l\u2019omessa e infedele registrazione sul libro unico del lavoro.
