Maria C.V., la quale ha accertato numerosi inadempimenti da parte dei gestori, provvedendo cos\u00ec al sequestro e allo sgombero dell\u2019intera area.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/><br \/>Appare, quindi, assurdo affibbiare all\u2019Amministrazione comunale colpe o responsabilit\u00e0 in relazione a tale vicenda. Il mancato rispetto della normativa ambientale, paesaggistica ed antisismica, di per s\u00e9, rappresenta un illecito che comunque nel caso di specie dovr\u00e0 essere, poi, accertato e verificato dall\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Giudiziaria a cui tutti Noi dovremmo affidarci, evitando assurde contese sui social network che nulla apportano alla crescita del territorio.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Emettere sentenze varie contro tutto e tutti evidenzia solo la grande confusione che regna in merito a determinati temi che probabilmente, affrontati in maniera differente, aiuterebbero il Nostro Paese a crescere sotto tutti i punti di vista\u201d.
