ARRESTATO<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un minorenne di 16 anni DI Castel Volturno, in sella a un ciclomotore Honda SH, privo di targa, non si \u00e8 fermato all\u2019alt imposto dai carabinieri, fuggendo. Inseguito e bloccato \u00e8 stato arrestato per resistenza a P.U. e ricettazione. Contestata anche la guida senza patente.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u2019 accaduto la decorsa notte (22 maggio) in via domitiana, localit\u00e0 torre di pescopagano di Castel Volturno, dove i carabinieri della sezione Radiomobile del Reparto Territoriale di Mondragone, nel corso di un posto di controllo, si sono visti sfrecciare davanti agli occhi un adolescente in sella a un ciclomotore, privo di targa, che ha completamente ignorato l\u2019intimazione a fermarsi.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fuga del giovane si \u00e8 protratta per circa 3 km fino a quando, raggiunto dai carabinieri, ha abbandonato il mezzo proseguendo la fuga a piedi. Dopo un ulteriore breve inseguimento \u00e8 stato bloccato.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dagli accertamenti eseguiti il ciclomotore, al momento sottoposto a sequestro, \u00e8 risultato essere oggetto di rapina, con denuncia formalizzata il 20.02.2025 presso la Stazione CC di Villaricca (NA).<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Addosso al 16enne \u00e8 stata trovata e sequestrata anche la somma in denaro contante di \u20ac 1.350,00 euro.
