text-align: center;\"><strong>I CARABINIERI SEQUESTRANO IMPIANTO DI RECUPERO RIFIUTI INERTI A MEZZO DI FRANTUMAZIONE PER VIOLAZIONI AMBIENTALI<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I militari del Nucleo Carabinieri Forestale di Formicola (CE), unitamente a militari della locale Stazione Carabinieri di Ruviano (CE), in comune di Castel Campagnano (CE), alla localit\u00e0 \u201cMarrochelle\u201d, con l\u2019ausilio dei tecnici dell\u2019ARPAC di Caserta, hanno proceduto ad effettuare un controllo presso un impianto di recupero di rifiuti inerti derivanti da demolizioni e disfacimenti edilizi a\u00a0 mezzo di frantumazione, laddove si \u00e8 riscontrata una modifica sostanziale dello stabilimento senza autorizzazione in materia di emissioni atmosfera, nonch\u00e9 una gestione illecita di rifiuti speciali non pericolosi, il tutto in area vincolata paesaggisticamente \u201c<em>ope legis<\/em>\u201d dalla legge \u201cGalasso\u201d del 1985 che ha assoggettato a tutela alcune categorie di beni (fascia costiera, fascia fluviale, aree boscate, quote appeniniche ed alpine, aree di interesse archeologico, ed altro), a prescindere dalla loro ubicazione sul territorio e da precedenti valutazioni di interesse paesaggistico.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pertanto, i predetti militari hanno proceduto al sequestro dell\u2019intero impianto di frantumazione insistente su un\u2019area di circa 20.000 mq ed hanno deferito i due responsabili dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 illecita descritta, in concorso tra di loro, per i reati predetti.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\">TIENITI AGGIORNATO SULLE NOTIZIE DELLA CITTA&#8217;, CLICCA SUL LOGO QUI SOTTO E SEGUI LA PAGINA &#8220;QUESTO E&#8217;
