SORPRESI DAI CARABINIERI MENTRE CANNIBALIZZANO UN\u2019AUTO RUBATA. SCATTANO UN FERMO E DUE DENUNCE<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\r\n

I due rom, un 42enne e un 62enne, entrambi irregolari sul territorio nazionale e gi\u00e0 noti alle forze dell\u2019ordine, sono stati sorpresi questa notte dai carabinieri della Stazione di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, all\u2019interno del campo rom di Gricignano di Aversa, mentre stavano smontando una Fiat Bravo di colore nero, risultata oggetto di furto avvenuto a San Prisco lo scorso 25 febbraio.<\/p>\r\n

Gli immediati accertamenti, avviati dai militari dell\u2019Arma a seguito della formalizzazione della denuncia presentata dalla vittima, grazie anche alla sinergia investigativa attuata tra i reparti dell\u2019Arma dislocati sul territorio della provincia di Caserta, hanno consentito di localizzare l\u2019autovettura in via Larga Stazione, proprio all\u2019interno dell\u2019insediamento rom di Gricignano di Aversa.<\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

Alla vista dei carabinieri i due, che avevano gi\u00e0 tagliato alcune parti della carrozzeria dell\u2019auto e si apprestavano ad installare un gancio traino e ad effettuare altre modifiche a loro congeniali, hanno tentato di scappare a piedi, ma sono stati subito raggiunti e bloccati.<\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

I militari, a seguito dei riscontri eseguiti sul posto hanno proceduto all\u2019esecuzione del fermo di p.g. d\u2019iniziativa, per il reato di ricettazione, nei confronti del 42enne il quale \u00e8 stato anche denunciato per resistenza a pubblico ufficiale. Il complice 62enne, invece \u00e8 stato denunciato in stato di libert\u00e0 per la sola ricettazione.<\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

Il fermato, dopo le formalit\u00e0 di rito, \u00e8 stato ristretto presso la casa circondariale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere dove \u00e8 stato posto a disposizione dell\u2019autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria. L\u2019autovettura recuperata \u00e8 stata sottoposta a sequestro per gli ulteriori accertamenti del caso.<\/p>\r\n
