330 mc di\u00a0<span lang=\"X-NONE\">basole in pietra presumibilmente provenienti da lavori di rifacimento stradale<\/span>;<span lang=\"X-NONE\">\u00a0un cumulo di circa 40 mc di rifiuti costituito da cubetti di porfido\u00a0<\/span>anch\u2019essi\u00a0<span lang=\"X-NONE\">verosimilmente derivanti da lavori\u00a0<\/span>stradali.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>P<span lang=\"X-NONE\">er tutti i sopra descritti cumuli\u00a0<\/span>di rifiuti\u00a0<span lang=\"X-NONE\">il\u00a0<\/span>titolare dell\u2019attivit\u00e0\u00a0<span lang=\"X-NONE\">non \u00e8 riuscito a fornire alcuna documentazione inerente la provenienza\u00a0<\/span>degli stessi<span lang=\"X-NONE\">.\u00a0<\/span>I<span lang=\"X-NONE\">noltre non \u00e8 riuscito a fornire alcun atto di propriet\u00e0\u00a0<\/span>per\u00a0<span lang=\"X-NONE\">le aree dove insiste il deposito oggetto di controllo che hanno destinazione urbanistica agricola<\/span>\u00a0che \u00e8 incompatibile con l\u2019attivit\u00e0 commerciale esercitata<span lang=\"X-NONE\">.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"m_-2239485205368811369MsoBodyText3\">A<span lang=\"X-NONE\">lla luce di quanto sopra, essendo emerse a carico del\u00a0<\/span>titolare dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 responsabilit\u00e0 penali in materia di gestione illecita di rifiuti speciali, i predetti militari hanno proceduto al sequestro dell\u2019intero sito ed hanno deferito lo stesso, in stato di libert\u00e0, per il reato predetto.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\">TIENITI AGGIORNATO SULLE NOTIZIE DELLA CITTA&#8217;, CLICCA<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\">SUL LOGO QUI SOTTO E SEGUI LA PAGINA &#8220;QUESTO E&#8217;
