E\u2019 accaduto a San Marco Evangelista, in provincia di Caserta, dove i carabinieri della Stazione di San Nicola La Strada, a seguito di una perquisizione domiciliare presso l\u2019abitazione di un 49enne del posto, eseguita con il supporto del carabinieri Forestali, hanno accertato che questi deteneva, all\u2019interno della propria abitazione, in assenza di documentazione giustificativa, 16 uccelli fringillidi-cardellini (animali tutelati dalle convenzioni di Washington e Berna). Sempre all\u2019interno dell\u2019abitazione i carabinieri hanno rinvenuto e sequestrato 4 reti a tramaglio e una trappola rudimentale utilizzata per la cattura dei volatili.<\/p>\r\n

I volativi all\u2019atto del ritrovamento erano chiusi in diverse gabbie di varie dimensioni.<\/p>\r\n

L\u2019uomo \u00e8 stato denunciato per “uccellagione” e “cattura e detenzione di fauna selvatica tutelata”.<\/p>\r\n

Il materiale rinvenuto \u00e8 stato sequestrato, mentre, i volativi, sono stati affidati in custodia all’ospedale veterinario “Frullone” di Napoli.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
