Il giudice ha stabilito che le somme percepite sono state incassate in buona fede, escludendo cos\u00ec qualsiasi obbligo di restituzione.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>La studentessa \u00e8 stata assistita dall\u2019Avvocato Giovanni Del Prete, che ha sottolineato l\u2019importanza della sentenza per la tutela dei diritti dei pazienti e delle persone in condizioni di fragilit\u00e0.
