A. S. difeso dallo studio legale Cerrito Avvocati. Nello specifico, il licenziamento \u00e8 stato considerato del tutto legittimo; ed il mobbing \u00e8 risultato essere non provato per assenza di animus nocendi ed intento persecutorio del datore di lavoro. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre i suddetti processi, S.N. ha avviato molteplici iniziative anche in campo penale, oltre che nei confronti del sig.
