Direzione Distrettuale Antimafia &#8211; hanno dato esecuzione ad un\u2019ordinanza\u00a0di\u00a0applicazione\u00a0della\u00a0misura\u00a0cautelare in carcere,\u00a0emessa dal GIP del Tribunale di Napoli, nei confronti di un soggetto ritenuto gravemente indiziato dei reati di cui agli artt.\u00a056-\u00a0629, 629\u00a0e 416 bis. 1 c.p.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Il provvedimento scaturisce dagli esiti delle\u00a0investigazioni\u00a0svolte successivamente alla ricezione delle\u00a0denunce presentate ai Carabinieri di Mondragone\u00a0dalle persone offese,\u00a0chein un\u00a0lasso temporale individuabile fino al 08.05.2024,\u00a0hanno subito\u00a0tentate o realizzate estorsioni, aggravate dal metodo mafioso, da parte\u00a0di\u00a0noto\u00a0esponente apicale della criminalit\u00e0 organizzata mondragonese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il provvedimento eseguito \u00e8 una misura cautelare disposta in sede di indagini preliminari, avverso cui sono ammessi mezzi di impugnazione e i destinatari di essa sono persone sottoposte alle indagini e, quindi, presunte innocenti fino a sentenza definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">TIENITI AGGIORNATO SULLE NOTIZIE DELLA CITTA&#8217;, CLICCA SUL LOGO QUI SOTTO E SEGUI LA PAGINA &#8220;QUESTO E&#8217;
