Si condanna al pagamento delle spese di rappresentanza ed assistenza in favore della parte civile che liquida in euro 1.000 (mille) oltre il rimborso IVA\u201d. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa, per sommi capi, la sentenza di primo grado, ieri, poi, la sentenza di secondo grado che determina la vittoria e la fine di un incubo per Giovanna Licenziato. La vicenda ha inizio nell\u2019anno 2020, allorquando Giovanna Licenziato present\u00f2 denuncia nei confronti di D. G. per condotte aggressive, minatorie e prevaricatrici. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da quel momento l\u2019inizio del processo. Sentita Giovanna Licenziato, la stessa ci riferisce: \u201cIl mio consiglio \u00e8 quello di denunciare e di non rimanere mai in silenzio, perch\u00e9 il silenzio uccide. Avere fiducia nella giustizia, anche se a volte \u00e8 lenta. Il codice rosso dal mio punto di vista deve essere rivisitato, e questo lo dico sempre in ogni convegno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora mi sono liberata di un peso, \u00e8 un processo finito. Lui \u00e8 il colpevole, ma soprattutto \u00e8 venuto alla luce che lui \u00e8 un uomo violento. Adesso posso dire di avere avuto giustizia. \u00c8 finito un incubo ed ora mi dedicher\u00f2 anima e corpo alla mia associazione \u201cIl Silenzio Uccide\u201d per fare forza alle altre ragazze\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;avvocato Luisa Scalise che ha affiancato il dominus Antonio Miraglia, come consulente in questa fase giudiziale, ribadisce che una Sentenza di condanna non allevia i lividi\u00a0\u00a0dell&#8217;anima.
