LATITANTE 58ENNE ARRESTATO DAI CARABINIERI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando nel novembre dello scorso anno, a seguito della richiesta di aggravamento per inosservanza del divieto di avvicinamento alla ex compagna, scaturita per i reiterati maltrattamenti posti in essere nei suoi confronti, il Tribunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere emise un\u2019ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere nei confronti del 58enne, l\u2019uomo era gi\u00e0 stato sottoposto al divieto di dimora nella regione Campania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo stesso, trasferitosi in Lombardia, nel dicembre dello stesso anno sfugg\u00ec alla cattura e venendo cos\u00ec dichiarato latitante dalla V Sezione Penale della Corte di Appello di Napoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le meticolose indagini, eseguite dai carabinieri del Reparto Territoriale di Mondragone, coordinati dalla Procura sammaritana, hanno per\u00f2 messo fine alla sua fuga nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il latitante \u00e8 stato rintracciato e catturato a Mondragone, nel corso dell\u2019irruzione che i carabinieri hanno eseguito presso l\u2019abitazione occupata dall\u2019anziana madre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si era nascosto in soffitta, sicuro di non essere trovato.
