Giovanni Erasmo Fava si accanirebbero solo su determinati cittadini. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 arrivata in queste ore l&#8217;ordinanza del Tar che da ragione al comune. Tradotto: l&#8217;ordine di ripristino dello stato dei luoghi di un fabbricato \u00e8 ritenuto dal Tribunale amministrativo regionale legittimamente adottato. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Quanto al bilanciamento degli opposti interessi&#8221; si legge nell&#8217;ordinanza del Tar (anche avuto riguardo del tipo delle opere realizzate: una piscina, un muro e un ballatoio), appare prevalente l&#8217;interesse pubblico al mantenimento dell&#8217;efficacia del provvedimento gravato&#8221;
