Un cittadino \u00e8 stato deferito all\u2019autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria per abbandono incontrollato di rifiuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuano i controlli da parte della Polizia Municipale di Falciano del Massico in merito allo sversamento incontrollato di rifiuti. Nonostante le alte percentuali di raccolta differenziata e nonostante la grande attenzione che l&#8217;amministrazione comunale Falciano Bene Comune, guidata dal sindaco Ing. Giovanni Erasmo Fava ripone sulla tematica ambiente, si registrano alcuni casi di sversamento incontrollato. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre, la normativa \u00e8 diventata ancora pi\u00f9 dura e, adesso, non si tratta pi\u00f9 di un semplice illecito amministrativo,\u00a0ma di una violazione penale vera e propria.  In prima linea, come dicevamo, l&#8217;amministrazione comunale, guidata dal sindaco Ing. <strong>Giovanni Erasmo Fava<\/strong> e dal consigliere delegato\u00a0<strong>Angelo De Cristofaro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I controlli della Polizia Municipale, guidata dal comandante\u00a0<strong>Laura Lombari<\/strong> continuano anche con l&#8217;ausilio dei sistemi di videosorveglianza.
