E\u2019 accaduto nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri in via Clanio a Orta di Atella, nel corso di un servizio di controllo del territorio eseguito dai carabinieri della Stazione di Teverola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019artefice del rocambolesco incidente \u00e8 un 42enne di Crispano che, estratto illeso dalla macchina, \u00e8 stato subito bloccato ed arrestato. Accompagnato ai domiciliari, a disposizione della competente autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria, dovr\u00e0 rispondere di ricettazione, resistenza a pubblico ufficiale e danneggiamento di bene militare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autovettura recuperata dai militari dell\u2019Arma \u00e8 stata sottoposta a sequestro penale.
