Incurante del pericolo in cui stava mettendo gli abitanti degli stabili e gli utenti delle strutture di via degli Oleandri a Mondragone, in provincia di Caserta, un cacciatore stava sparando con un fucile alle sue prede proprio all\u2019interno di un terreno agricolo posto nelle immediate vicinanze del palazzo della locale ASL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E\u2019 accaduto nella tarda mattinata di ieri, quando a seguito della segnalazione pervenuta al numero di pronto intervento \u201c112\u201d, i carabinieri del Nucleo Forestale di Castel Volturno sono immediatamente intervenuti sul posto bloccando l\u2019uomo mentre era ancora intento ad esplodere, con il suo fucile, i colpi in direzione dei palazzi. L\u2019uomo, un 40enne del posto, anche se in regola con le autorizzazioni venatorie, \u00e8 stato allontanato e sanzionato per esercizio della caccia con il fucile ad una distanza inferiore ai 150 metri in direzione di immobili, fabbricati, stabili adibiti ad abitazione e\/o posto di lavoro, in violazione vigenti normative in materia volte alla tutela dell\u2019incolumit\u00e0 dei cittadini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
