Lo stesso dopo essere stato identificato \u00e8 stato affidato alle cure del personale sanitario del 118, nel frattempo fatto intervenire sul luogo dell\u2019incidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono bastati pochi istanti per accertare che il trentottenne, che rifiutava insistentemente di essere visitato, era sotto l\u2019effetto dell\u2019alcol, condizione confermata anche successivamente dagli accertamenti di rilevazione del tasso alcolemico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I carabinieri hanno cos\u00ec proceduto all\u2019immediato sequestro penale dell\u2019auto e al deferimento in stato di libert\u00e0 dell\u2019uomo, che dovr\u00e0 rispondere di guida in stato di ebbrezza con provocazione di sinistro stradale.
