Questi cittadini in difficolt\u00e0, dichiarati \u2018nemici pubblici\u2019 dal governo Meloni, sono letteralmente disperati e in molti casi si riversano nei comuni dove i servizi sociali sono gi\u00e0 da tempo allo stremo. \u00c8 un problema di ordine sociale che ricade in primo luogo i sindaci: mi chiedo come sia stato possibile da parte del governo aver avuto tanta indifferenza e superficialit\u00e0 nel causare un tale disagio. I rischi di tenuta sociale sono evidenti, lo stanno constatando in prima persona gli amministratori locali e anche molti parlamentari di maggioranza ne sono al corrente.
